Both took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my all of my questions (even in person) for which I had plenty. Jennifer went above and beyond as my main point of contact to help me through some issues that were all on my side ( I messed up info and payment stuff pretty bad) when she didn’t have to AT ALL. She did it with a smile and sensitivity to my situation. Great team, great service and communication, GREAT people. If you are looking for a new agency- this is the place!"

"Jeff and his team are amazing. My girlfriend was involved in a hit and run with our new vehicle and was very overwhelmed. She didn’t know what to do and honestly neither did I. We called Jeff and Kelsey on his team answered right away and walked us through the entire process step by step. While my girl friend phoned the police, Kelsey informed me that my policy would cover the cost of damages with a small deductible of $300. The damage was almost the entire left side of the car! $300 sucks to pay but it could of been so much worse. Kelsey was so nice and it really helped make the situation so much better for us. Kelsey also emailed me a list of mechanics!! Big thank you :)"

"First of all I've had multiple other insurance agencies over the years. And though I have not had an accident to report. I have to give Jeff with State Farm five stars. Him and his office are amazing anytime I reach out through text email or phone I talked to a real person never a bot. I I have personal access to all of my insurance information through a actual human correspondence with little to no delay. They are on it 100% if ever an issue with billing they communicate immediately we're most companies communicate you call back and wait on hold for hours sometimes getting disconnected or never getting a live person at all. This is not the case with State Farm at least in my experience I would recommend them to anyone I know and anyone I don't know you can look at my review from my previous insurance and put the pieces together to understand why I'm so appreciative of my current insurance. Thank you Jeff sand with my local State Farm you are amazing and we appreciate you greatly!!!!"

"The opposite of customer service and responsiveness when you have a claim! We have been customers since 2016 and we had our first house claim. We had our kitchen flood and I have been calling this agency since June. It is now late August and this is the first time I have spoken with Jeff. Still nothing repaired two months later."
