"First of all I've had multiple other insurance agencies over the years. And though I have not had an accident to report. I have to give Jeff with State Farm five stars. Him and his office are amazing anytime I reach out through text email or phone I talked to a real person never a bot. I I have personal access to all of my insurance information through a actual human correspondence with little to no delay. They are on it 100% if ever an issue with billing they communicate immediately we're most companies communicate you call back and wait on hold for hours sometimes getting disconnected or never getting a live person at all. This is not the case with State Farm at least in my experience I would recommend them to anyone I know and anyone I don't know you can look at my review from my previous insurance and put the pieces together to understand why I'm so appreciative of my current insurance.
